I have not been warm all day, it has been freezing.
The coast is on Flood Watch this weekend, when I walked Spot this evening it was bitterly cold, and a very high tide, it is surprising how many people were out with camcorders and cameras taking pictures of the sea

These days, it is a fine line which has to be walked.
The double wammy of asthma and acid reflux means that constant medication has to be maintained to keep them both in check. Most of the time, it is not a problem, but the asthma is allergy induced, and the list of allergies is rather large, so there is no real control available other than living in a bubble. (Not an option)
The worst side effect of the asthma is the lack of co-ordination it can produce. Nothing drastic, but Bob is aware of the symptom.
Medication involves 3 inhalers and a set of tablets.
