I have had an awful night, feeling unwell, with coughing fits, this morning my throat is red raw through coughing and my chest is sore.
On walking Spot along the beach this morning it was lovely and clear, very mild, a pleasant walk.
Today started off badly and got progressively worse, once again Steven was unexpectedly there when i needed him the most, there seems to be this unbreakable link between us, that has amazed me more than once. As i was upset, in the evening Bob bought me Harry Potter and the Order of Pheonix, a huge bar of Cadbury's Fruit and Nut and a Couple of Bottles to cheer me up.
