I live next to the sea, in Hunstanton, West Norfolk, UK.
I am married to Bob with 4 children and 4 grandchildren, Steven married to Jude with Kira and Charlotte, Jenny married to Andy with Sophie and Dylan, then 2 stay at homes, Micheal and Kevin. We also have a retired Greyhound called Spot and an ageing cat called Penny.
I work full time in the family Business in Hunstanton, Jacksons the Shoe People, the business was started in Leicester in 1938 by my Grandfather and is now run by myself and my sister Debbie, we specialise in extra wide fitting shoes for problem feet. www.jacksons-shoes.co.uk
I am a Brownie Guider with 1st Hunstanton Brownies and am also a Joint Norfolk County Public Relations Advisor with GirlguidingUK Norfolk. www.girlguidingnorfolk.org.uk.
I am also the secretary of 1st Hunstanton Scouts and Guides, represent Hunstanton Brownies on the Hunstanton in Bloom Committee, and am heavily involved in Hunstanton United Businesses.

Hi Dawn, sorry it's taken so long to get round to reading your blog, but here I am sat in Tenerife with the starts of a cold!! It's 7.30am the sun is just coming up, looks like it's going to be another nice day, yesterday was overcast and cold for here, 18 degrees!!I know thats warm, but it's cold for here, thats why I don't like coming to the UK in the winter months.
I'm new to these blogs, never really looked at them, but it's good to be able to keep up with whats going on in the family. Keep up the good work.
